Whew. I knew Lucian's story was going to be heart-wrenching, but I was not prepared for his & Sloane's friendship. They were both so young, and both thought they were doing the right thing. 

The banter & chemistry between Lucian & Sloane was absolute perfection. The way he would just lose control was 🔥. The wrap-up of the loose ends from books 1 & 2 was great, especially with that little twist at the end. I am sad to see the end of the series. I fell hard for this little town and all the amazing characters.

This felt like a cross between The Mummy & Indiana Jones type of story. I loved the mystery, the twists & turns of this story! It was definitely an action-packed story fit for this series!!

I am so glad we got to learn about Angel's story. She had a lot of loss in her life, which shaped her into the person she had become before the rebirth. But knowing that Reece also had a hand in her solitary life and the reasons behind it were just sad. They both made mistakes, and I'm glad that they finally had closure.

What a great conclusion to this series. Such a whirlwind love affair. I kind of felt sorry for Ava at the wedding, but Jesse made up for it. There were several storylines that could have all led to the ending, but I didn't see that twist coming. 

Paradise sounded like it's namesake. And Jesse running into his mum was just sad. Jesse needed to have closure and a chance to heal.  There were so many great potential side characters in this series!! So many opportunities for further stories.

Love the Redleg Security Series! Shep & Kri  are great partners in work & play. From book one where we met Shep with Leo & Sue, I knew he would have a funny but tragic story. Kri's standoffishness (is that a word) from the beginning indicated she was tough & had to prove herself to get to where she was.

I love the flash backs showed just how they developed their relationship and how hard it was for both of them to fight the pull toward each other. I love that both found their family with each other & Valerie. The three of them formed a perfect family that all three needed.

Great resolution to Wyatt & his mate. I am so happy that Dom & Caleb were part of his pack. They had a lot of issues to work through, but they made it there in the end.

I was surprised but who the 4th mate was but loved that little twist. It was an interesting concept about Lyra's health needing the bonding to be complete. But I did love that extra connection. 

There is so much unrest in the realms between the Mage Library, the Angels & the betrayal of the Fae. Not to mention the whole Asgard drama. I love that this was connected to the other books and that their stories are still intertwined. Still love me some Frannie and will til the end.

Wow. This book is full of imagery and detail. You can tell this book was setting the foundation for this series with its introduction to the Fae world and all the differences between it and the mortal realm. Was a little slow reading. I hope that was just for the foundation of the story.

I loved that the orders did not necessarily mean you had certain magic and that the orders were mixed with the abilities. I also loved the details about how each order and magic abilities recharged and how they could manipulate their magic.

When Candice melted into Blake at the film site, I knew this was going to an explosive and emotional journey. I love that he fought so hard for Candice even when she was trying her hardest to keep them apart.

The addition of Trina, Lottie, and Gina was super fun. And I am so here for the tease of Fallon & Jen. Also loved seeing the results of Wes & Simone!!

Such a great book!  I laughed so hard in places, and I couldn't put it down. I loved Nova's confidence throughout the entire story. The love she has for her special needs sister is just amazing, especially after their loss of their mother. 

Ronan's story is tragic. I do love that he didn't try to hide his love for his fiance. But that he had to grow and move past their accident. Loved the scenes with actual football plays with the high school team. 

Ronan & Nova had chemistry from the beginning when he didn't even know her name. The fact that she was the one who brought about a change in him speaks to the deep connection even though their first meeting didn't end very well.
