I absolutely love this family!! Duke is the silent leader and never thinks of himself. I love that he showed Sylvie a part of himself that no one knew about. Sylvie is the quiet daughter who tries to fade into the background. I love that she also showed Duke a side of her that no one else got to see.

The rivalry between the Kings's and Sullivan's was driven by greed and pride. It was great to see some answers to questions that started in book 1. I do love the innocent pranks between the brothers.

What a fantastic holiday read!! I love the entire Romeo & Juliet theme of feuding families the whole book has. But I loved that neither Jackson nor Emma could deny their attraction to each other. Throw in the adorable Marley & Mo to the mix & you have another level of cuteness.

I have to say the way they ended up in the situation at the beginning is pretty hilarious. But I love that the town was like 'nope. we are done with you'.  But I am here for more of the Pearce brothers & Josie, of course.

Great story. Loved the dual POV and that thr flash backs told the story about how they ended up where they were. The way that their friendship started was so enduring. Plus add in all the stories he would tell, it just melted my heart.

That twist at the end I did not see coming. Ok parts of it I did see like the letters but not the reason. I also loved the key and everything it symbolized for them both. Can't wait for book 2!!

This is another smash hit from Lena! I knew Lee & Annie's story would be fantastic and Lena did not disappoint. I do have to say that Royal King has me so intrigued though. 

After years of being "just friends" Lee really went full court press on Annie & I loved every minute. I really enjoyed learning about Margo & how Lee, Margo & Annie's friendship evolved. I absolutely loved the dates that the Bluebirds put on for the auction. Seeing the deeper more serious side of Lee after all the joking, pranks & fun was refreshing.

Such a great story about trying to find your place in the world. Not everyone knows exactly what they what to do when they grow up and Cass is a prime example of what to do to find your passion. She has tried just about everything and is good at all of it.

I love that Cass & Alex had a back story to lead up to their present day romance. It really brought home the "good things come to those who wait" saying. Alex is so cool & collected it was fun seeing him lose his control with Cass. Also loved finding out about Pinky's mom & just how similar Pinky & Cass's stories are.

Wow. From the beginning we are thrust into another time and another conflict. This was a great book if not a bit busy. There are so many things happening that at times it was a bit hard to keep up. The imagery was great and I loved that they were brought back to a place where they could get answers. The journey to figuring out how to kill Balthazar was intricate and twisted. Lots of lies and truths were discovered but not knowing which was the truth or the lie.

Gah, such a great story. I absolutely love how Maren writes her female characters. She embraces the differences in people & writes them to be unapologetically happy & true to themselves!

I love the nod to all things 90's from music to rom coms. Also can we just pause & celebrate the platonic friendship between Eli & Hallie? I love that they all lived their life how they choose & didn't care what others thought.

Ugh these two!! That impromtu photo shoot 🤌🤌!! By far my favorite scene!! These two were just made for each other. The chemistry between them was off the charts and I am so glad we got to read about the storage closet from the Gala.

Talk about opposites attract!! The banter between them was perfect and the way their relationship evolved was the epitome of the Fake Engagement trope. Jenn knocked this out of the park.

I knew I would fall in love with Kane from the little we read in 3 Count. But I wasn't prepared for how hard I fell and how much I felt for his character. Isabella learning how to be on her own was refreshing & I love how she saw through Kane's grumpy walls. 

There were so many amazing moments in this story between Kane & Isabella, Kane & the Gym family as well as Kane & Oscar. But I loved how the gym family once again was front & center for their brothers. They really are a found family.

What a fantastic book. From beginning to end, it was full of mystery, suspense, drama, and heartache. I loved seeing Mia as the bad girl with a good heart. Her story is just so sad, but it explains her need for information. 

Klein is just a big puppy, and I love that he is the Cinnamon roll guy who learns to let loose. He wears his emotions on his sleeve but has the biggest heart. The way they work together to unravel the missing girl and help others is admirable. They really do work well together, and I love that the Redleg family supports them both.

Absolutely loved Liv & Fletcher's story. From the moment she learns he is back in town at her annual exam I knew I would love the comedy & banter. I not only laughed out loud throughout the book but the story also had me crying, swooning & fanning myself.

The love and care that Liv showed to Maya and how she made it her goal to bring her out of her angry shell and not just babysit but love life with her was heartwarming. Fletch was hurting and just as lost as Maya but being back in his hometown allowed him to remember who he was and who he wanted to be.

What a great story. I loved the deep dive into both Allie & Logan's childhood. I also loved that they were secretly pining for each other and masking it with their taunting. 

I loved that Allie was able to bring out the young boy she remembered in Logan. Also that she was able to see through his moody grumpiness to the real Logan. I know it's cliche, but I loved that Logan was able to bring safety and comfort to a very independent Allie. Sometimes, even the strongest women just need someone to hold them and let them know they are not fighting alone.

What a fantastic story. Alex is so swoony and broken that you just can't help root for him. Reyna is just a light, or Sunshine, in the world. Her goodness and heart really helps bring light to all the dark corners of Alex's world.

I laughed. I cried. I cheered. I swooned. It really had it all. The love between Reyna and Lita was beautiful. Reyna's story is one of sadness but also of hope. Alex's story is full of deep hurts and loneliness. It takes Reyna to help him get past those hurts.

Oh, Lena!! I am in love with Beckett. There is something about a grumpy builder that just speaks to my soul. Kate is a spitfire for sure. I loved the little throwback to Gemma and Sophie.

Beckett and Kate have so much going against them with their histories. But that type of attraction you just can't ignore. I loved the renovation aspect and how they documented all the history of the house. Also, that little mystery aspect to continue to allude to more of the King Sullivan rivalry was perfection.

I can't wait for more!! I have fallen in love with the Outtatowner community and am emotionally invested in the outcome of the Brother's relationships as well as solving the age-old fued.

Oh my goodness, this book. I knew Noah was going to have a good story to tell, and I fell for Callie in Liv & Daemon's story. Callie and Noah's music really tells their story. From love, pain, despair, and hope. 

One of my favorite things about this story was the way they worked together to make music, and when Callie thought she couldn't make music anymore, Noah was there to help her. When Callie can't physically continue, Noah was there to pick her up, literally & figuratively.

There are so many emotions that weave through this story that it sucks you in. I couldn't put it down. I can not wait for more!

What a fantastic ending to this series. I have to say that Hudson is #1 on my dirty talker list!! Whew, the spice these two had left my Kindle on fire. 

I loved seeing the character growth in both Hudson and Caroline. Hudson, finding his purpose in giving back to the kids, especially Wren, was perfect. Not to mention the forced proximity to Caroline at the rink, who was interning there. The swooniness of Hudson was off the charts. The way he knew her and she saw him just really added a depth to their relationship, and I loved watching them both discover it.
